Mini Session or Regular Session??

You may ask what is the difference between a Mini Session and a Regular Session. Well you’re in luck today! Let’s walk through the differences between the two so you can make the best choice in capturing your moments!

Mini Sessions

Mini sessions are a themed photo session that is shorter in length and are usually around 20 mins with a limited number of photographs (5-10). I choose the location and provide a set with props for the mini sessions. These sessions are only once (maybe twice….) a month and have limited spots available.

Regular Sessions

The regular sessions are typically around 60-120 minutes, depending on the type of session. The location is typically chosen by you and if you have a special place, but if there isn’t a place you have in mind, I can help! In my typical sessions, you’ll receive 100-200 pictures in black and white and color graded, all on a flash drive with a print release for you to use the photographs as you need.

It’s always a good idea to follow my Facebook or Instagram page for updates on upcoming mini sessions and availability for regular sessions!

Family Sessions

What a blast the Family sessions were with these GORGEOUS Fall colors! Don’t fret if you didn’t get a chance to book though. Winter is almost here and that beautiful blanket of snow makes for some fantastic family portraits.

Why should you book a family session. I can’t tell you how many times a member of the families I book with come up to me and say, “Jauna, you never get these moments back! Thank you for capturing our family”. They are right, and not to get too sappy, but you don’t get those moments back. Capture them, cherish them, and print them!!

We have a digital picture frame that we load all of our family pictures to in order to enjoy those moments year round! I also make specialized prints for the holiday season to hang and enjoy!

So, book now and capture those memories for years to come! I try to be as flexible as possible because let’s face it — Life is busy 🙂

Spring is Here!

Spring is one of my favorite times of the year — You know, the middle to end of spring where everything is lush, blooming, and just brisk enough to need a light sweater… Ya that spring 🙂

I have been enjoying capturing the fantastic spring flowers with the light dusting of rain! Honestly though, Spring is one of the best times to do portraits for all the reasons I listed above. The lush green foliage and beautifully vibrant colors of all the blooms! You for sure want these moments captured!

I took a break from the mini sessions this past month in order to capture all the fantastic moments! If you want to cherish some fantastic family memories with fantastic bold colors – Right now is the time to schedule! Imagine sending out your Christmas cards with beautiful, fun, happy photos 🙂
